What a dreadful experience! LDC makes misleading assertions about nearly everything they provide: their social media following (most of it is fake), connections with influencers and PR are nonexistent, and they fail to deliver on what they promise in their presentations. The customer service in their stores is also appalling and really discouraging for paying clients. They profit by taking advantage of small brands that are just trying to gain some visibility. When I met with Rebecca to share how dissatisfied I and the other brands were, she behaved extremely unprofessionally and showed no accountability for her deceitful actions. As a small brand, steer clear of LDC and invest your funds elsewhere.

I gotta say, I was a bit nervous about buying such a pricey dress from a brand I didn’t know, but turns out I had no reason to fret! The support crew was top-notch and super helpful with all my queries before I made the purchase. Now, I've got this gorgeous Aggi dress for my birthday bash, shipped all the way from Poland :-) I’m thrilled and would totally recommend it, thanks a ton x

I enjoy visiting the LDC pop-up shops. There's always a great selection of fresh, up-and-coming brands to check out and a fantastic vibe. Chatting with the designers is super interesting, and it really helps to grasp their vision for their brands.

As a designer who used to participate in LDC pop-ups and their online platform, I gotta say it was a pretty rough ride. The crew is all over the place and fails to share crucial details regarding store setups, sales, inventory, and customer interactions. Sure, they have a solid online presence and their shops are in prime spots, but they hit designers with hefty fees and commissions while sales are minimal, making it hardly worth the trouble. The worst part? When issues arise, like stolen items, they just turn nasty and point fingers at the designers instead of stepping up. I guess they’re just trying to keep the customers satisfied. But let’s be real, designers are also clients paying LDC for their services, so they ought to put in more effort to actually support independent brands. It’s all talk with little action, and many designers who started out with them have since moved on after realizing just how disappointing LDC can be.

I'm really into fashion and dreaming of being a designer myself. This store is fantastic because it showcases a variety of emerging designers with incredible skills. They even have a tattoo and piercing station, which is pretty cool. There’s a solid selection of jewelry and accessories, plus some skincare and makeup products. The staff are super friendly and ready to help. With such a diverse range of designers, there's something for everyone. I’d totally suggest checking it out. I’ll be back for sure!
